Depending on the devices products viewed, such as; mobile devices, laptops, tablets, and monitors, digital representation of House Gorgeous’ product details and features might vary in terms of their color, size, texture, measurement, weights or other details. House Gorgeous, therefore, reserves the right to reject any liability or responsibility that might be caused due to these differences or the temporary or final unavailability of the products on the website that might occur while viewing House Gorgeous products on digital platforms. If you are not happy with the item you purchased, you can exchange, or return the product within 14 days of its delivery under the 14-day Warranty Policy. SHIPMENTS
House Gorgeous strives for excellence in delivery times. Having said this, and although House Gorgeous works with very reputed delivery partners (FedEx, UPS) House Gorgeous can only control the ‘in-time’ shipment of a package. A delay in delivery can always happen and is therefore beyond our control. No company in the world can guarantee 100% in-time delivery. This is simply impossible as we always rely on people, regulations, and governmental decisions, and therefore force majeure can always happen, i.e. and in a non-restricted way is understood by force majeure, war, revolution, attempts, disasters, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, local and cross-border government measures and all other events beyond House Gorgeous will and control by which House Gorgeous cannot partially or totally fulfill their obligations anymore and consequently does not grant the client any right for financial compensation or cancellation of the order. Consequently, a late delivery as such does not grant the client any right to financial compensation or cancellation of the order. If House Gorgeous is unable to deliver on time, House Gorgeous will inform the customer as soon as possible and agree on a new delivery date that is reasonable under the circumstances. House Gorgeous shows utmost efforts to make sure your items are delivered on time however potential delays might occur during shipment. By purchasing our products, you accept any possible delays that might occur on your delivery and that you will not hold House Gorgeous accountable for such delays.
RETURNS
All customers are eligible for free return if the product is returned within 14 days of its purchase.
Products should be returned:

- Without showing any signs of damage and wear, With original packaging, Once the items sent by the customer are checked by House Gorgeous, approval of the return can take 15 business days. If the customer has placed multiple orders, please mind that only the latest order can be returned within 14 days of its delivery. After detailed checking, Perdodias reserves the right to reject any item if the item has been used, damaged or has any defect. Any such rejected item will be returned back to the member to his own cost.
REFUNDS
House Gorgeous sends all orders with their individual boxes. If you received your item and you are unhappy about it, you can return the item the way you received it within 14 days of its delivery. All items must be sent with their relevant packaging and gifts if applicable without any damage, tear, or signs of usage. Once the return request is approved by House Gorgeous, customers will receive a full refund. In some cases due to some extra charges, you should check with local authorities prior to placing your order as international customers are responsible for any duties, VAT taxes, or surcharges imposed or assessed by the country. House Gorgeous will never be responsible for any mistakes coming from the customer’s side (ex. erroneous bank details) that would result in bank fees. The customer will eventually be charged for these bank fees. House Gorgeous will never take on its behalf any bank fees which result out of the bank wire. These bank fees will eventually be on behalf of the customer.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
House Gorgeous reserves the right to cancel the order once the order is placed by the customer. House Gorgeous will process a full refund to your initial method of payment. The reasons for order cancellations may be due to the below circumstances however it can not be limited to those only; 1. If there is a pricing error on the item purchased 2. If the payment has been made in an unauthorized, illegal, or fradulent way 3. Due to any errors that might occur on product, pricing, and website 4. If the item parts of the item in question is out of stock 5. Manufacturer-related faults and issues 6. Payment issues such as incomplete payment 7. If there are any logistics issues 8. Shipment and delivery-related issues 9. Difficulties in indelivery processes

UNAVAILABILITY OF THE STOCK
House Gorgeous always puts the quality of prints and mugs displayed on any House Gorgeous platform first. Under certain circumstances, the availability of certain products can be limited due to external reasons beyond House Gorgeous’ control. House Gorgeous makes sure the out-of-stock are always kept updated on online/digital platforms to reflect the right stock information for their customers however on rare occasions, out-of-stock products can be displayed on online/digital platforms for a brief period of time. If you happen to revisit our website or digital platforms you might not find the same product available as the stock will be updated. That means the product is currently out of stock or unavailable.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
