RETURN POLICY

All customers are eligible for free return if the product is returned within 14 days of its purchase. Products should be returned:

  • Undamaged,
  • Unused,
  • Without showing any signs of damage and wear,
  • With original packaging,

Once the items sent by the customer are checked by House Gorgeous, approval of the return can take 15 business days. If the customer has placed multiple orders, please mind that only the latest order can be returned within 14 days of its delivery. After detailed checking, House Gorgeous reserves the right to reject any item if the item has been used, damaged or has any defect. Any such rejected item will be returned back to the member to his own cost. 

REFUND POLICY

House Gorgeous sends all orders with their individual boxes. If you received your item and you are unhappy about it, you can return the item the way you received it within 14 days of its delivery. All items must be sent with their relevant packaging and gifts if applicable without any damage, tear, or signs of usage. Once the return request is approved by House Gorgeous, customers will receive a full refund. In some cases due to some extra charges, you should check with local authorities prior to placing your order as international customers are responsible for any duties, VAT taxes, or surcharges imposed or assessed by the country. House Gorgeous will never be responsible for any mistakes coming from the customer’s side (ex. erroneous bank details) that would result in bank fees. The customer will eventually be charged for these bank fees. House Gorgeous will never take on its behalf any bank fees which result out of the bank wire. These bank fees will eventually be on behalf of the customer.
